Return Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All returns must be shipped within 5 days of receipt of order. Items returned within 14 days of receipt of order may be returned for merchandise exchange or in-store credit, minus the original shipping and handling charges. All items purchased at wildberrykids.com must be returned by mail to our online store. We do not accept returns in person.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Reduced items, underwear, swimwear & accessories are final sale.

Return shipping cost (and brokerage fees if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer. If the merchandise is lost, damaged or stolen wildberrykids.com will not take responsibility. Therefore, make sure the shipping is securely packaged, is insured, has a tracking number and that you forward this number to us. Also, we will not accept any COD (Cash On Delivery) packages.

All orders requiring a return or exchange will need a return authorization. Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your request for return/exchange and we will issue a return authorization number.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval. We have the right to deny credit for returned merchandise if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Items not purchased via the website will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Items purchased through Wildberry Kids.com, must be returned to Wildberry Kids.com, we will not accept returns made in person.

In order to process an exchange/return we require the following information on the box:

Order number
Customer's name
Customer's mailing address
Item number and size
Reason for return/exchange
Return authorization number

Please Note:
we will not be able to process your refund if you do not include this information with your
return.
When your pre approved return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as quickly as possible but please allow time for your refund to be processed.

LOST PARCELS

We must be informed of parcels not arriving as soon as possible. Within Canada and The U.S it must be within 10 working days. For international destinations we must be informed within 30 working days, failure to do this can affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund due.
